We had a fun weekend in January with some friends from Michigan coming out for a visit! They were out to visit part of their family who lives out here near us, but they made some time to see us. We had such a great time reconnecting and just hanging out. Their kids are all close to the ages of our kids and had a great time together. I'm sure the younger ones didn't remember each other very well but it didn't matter. They had a slumber party and lot of video game time together at our house.
We all went to the trampoline house the next day and did lots of jumping, learning new tricks, and dodgeball. It was very special to us that they made so much time for us and to have them visit. Made me a bit homesick but we were very thankful for the time we had together!
